practices and Putting people first and regard employees as our most valuable resource
and asset. Ensuring provision of adequate site health services including First Aid.
2. Designing and promoting scientifically proven and socially harmonious working
methods for conversation and management of environment beneficial to workers, general
public and development of construction industry.
3. Developing and maintaining a Health and Safety (H&S) Management System. This
shall be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains updated, legally compliant and relevant.
4. Effective supervision with regard to working and production methods by respective
site Engineers and Supervisors Fostering a work environment where safety awareness,
knowledge and responsibility are encouraged at all levels of the company.
5. Ensuring compliance by all workers at the work place in effective handling and utilization
of personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by management for good
working conditions.
6. Ensuring that employees are adequately trained in Health and Safety issues and ensure
Compliance with Local laws, regulations and industrial standards, and strive for
HSE excellence.
7. Ensuring machinery and equipment used on projects is in safe working condition, and
operated by qualified and trained personnel.
8. Ensuring continual improvement of processes and procedures based on feedback, expectations
of interested parties and audit findings.
9. Continual improvement of the Health and Safety Management System by ensuring the
risks and opportunities that can affect our HSE Objectives and the ability to enhance
our HSE performance are determined and addressed.
Finally, the role of each employee towards implementation of the HSE policy is the key to
high productivity, competency, sustainable development and continuous improvement in
health, safety and environmental practices.
